Our client is a well established organisation based in Southern Region

The role involves the manufacturing of current and new products to ensuring that the operations quality, delivery and cost targets are achieved.

Qualification & Knowledge
The successful candidates will be educated to Engineering or manufacturing degree 1st or 2(i) from a good university.
Good Knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering principles, manufacturing
processes and lean / modern manufacturing practices

Experience
At least 2 years’ successful experience in a high technology manufacturing
environment
Proven experience of team working
Exposure to a relevant product design process
Experience of solving challenging engineering/manufacturing problems

Skills
“Hand on” approach to solving problems
Ability to analyse mechanical/electronic designs to suggest improvements to
performance.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to gather information from multiple database sources, to analyse and
present conclusions
