What field of medicine would you recommend for an individual?
Who isn’t that interested in surgery, but more so in technology, diagnosis, research.
I’m more of a laid back, shy type and I understand surgeons are more typically aggressive and high strung.
I am thus far interested in Clinical Pathology and Radiology. However, cardiology, neurology, immunology, and infectious disease specialist sound interesting as well. Is there anything useful you can tell me about those fields such as residency length, competitiveness, etc., or recommend other fields?
Thanks!
