dental technician? Should I take biochemistry or chemistry?
I want to become a dental technician… The thing is… the school only accepts 16 people a year so it’s pretty difficult to get in
I’m going to obtain a bachelor of science degree before I apply for dental technician. Which degree would be more helpful in the field of manufacturing crowns, dentures, bridges? Biochemistry, just chemistry or biology? Anyone know?
Question for biochemistry majors?
Now that you’re studying it, or have already studied it, how it this field different from your preconceptions about it?
What can i do with a B.A in Biochemistry?
I am graduating next year and i have no idea what i should do.
I would like to finish up my B.S in nursing in the next 2 years as well.
What kind of jobs can i get with the biochemistry degree as i complete my B.S?
I am not a big fan of research.
Many thanks!
detailed biochemistry of photosynthesis?
Hi,
trying to figure out photosynthesis – the biochemistry of the light reactions. Am very confused by the diagrams in my text book and am trying to figure out where exactly the electrons and protons go from and to and how many are carried in each section.
here’s what I think I have so far…
one photon gives one excited electron to the rxn center in PSII. this electron is transfered to pheophytin, which passes it to PQA then to PQB. when PQB has gotten 2e-’s from 2 PQA’s 2H+ are given to it by water. then it travels to cytb6f complex. this is where I get confused. do 2 more H+ enter from the stroma? do 2 leave to the lumen? can PQB carry 4H+? I’m assuming it can only carry 2e-….. how many electrons can cytb6f carry?
I thank you greatly in advance for any and all help you can give!!!!
